cerrejon COULD BEGIN testing its second shiploader at Puerto Bolivar by the end of next month, according to Howard Gatiss, CEO of Cerrejon's marketing division, CMC. Gatiss spoke at the IHS McCloskey European Coal Outlook Conference in Nice. Construction on the second berth at Puerto Bolivar has been completed, and the shiploader is on site and ready to be installed. Cerrejon is targeting 35mt of exports in 2014, up from 33.5mt last year.
