摘要

The single roll stirring (SRS) process was described by finite element modelling analysis for different process parameters. An ANSYS program was adopted to calculate thermal/fluid fields during the manufacture of 2017 semisolid aluminium alloy by SRS process. The effects of process parameters on thermal/fluid fields were investigated. Process parameters of manufacturing semisolid aluminium alloy 2017 by SRS process were optimised.
