Reduced Grobner Bases in Polynomial Rings over a Polynomial Ring

We propose a new notion of reduced Grobner bases in polynomial rings over a polynomial ring and we show that every ideal has a unique reduced Gr¨obner basis. We introduce an algorithm for computing them.
