These rollers have the advantage of producing perfect and precision glass forming tooled products, in particular for mass production items. The rollers also reduce time and motion for a trainee or apprentice. The following rollers are very versatile. They produce tooled products with efficiency, speed and accuracy. As illustrated in Figure 1, the top view is self explanatory with most of the measurements. Materials used are brass and stainless with the exception of two changes. One is the slotted posts which can be shifted according to the glass tubing diameter. The second item is the brass square blocks fixed on both corners of the platform.
