Apparatus for cutting composite safety glass comprises a frame (2) having a cutting body (3) and fork-like arms (2.1); cutting tools (3.1) formed on the free ends of the arms; a guide rail (2.3) integrated on one arm with a traverse (4) arranged on the rail for adjusting the cutting distance from the edge; and adjustable first guiding rollers (3.1.1) assigned to the cutting tools. The traverse has an adjustable guiding head (4.1) and a handle (4.2). Preferred Features: The arms consist a pair of U-shaped flat elements (2.2) held together by connecting elements (2.4). The cutting tools are cutting rollers arranged on the free ends of the arms.
