The Northeast Section is sorry to report the passing of William I Wilt. He has been Alternate Director of the Northeast Section and office holder for many years. Our sympathies go out to Bill's family and friends at their loss. Despite being ill for many years, Bill has taken on many positions in the Section and been as asset to the Society. Mike Souza has arranged for an extraordinary spring meeting. This will be well worth the trip to beautiful Princeton. Mike's invitation reads as follows:
