PURPOSE: space mixing system multiresolution atmospheric emission is based on GIS (geographical Information System) Northeast Asia and is supplied to a series of different resolutions of modeling transmitting by executing atmospheric emission space allocation process multiresolution. ;CONSTITUTION: emission source division (100) is according to activity diagram classification emission source. Allocation processing unit (200) executes atmospheric emission space allocation process about multiresolution. A series of a kind of GIS modeling units (300) generation different resolutions of analog transmissions.
