ABB AnyWhere is a software package designed to remotely connect ABB robot production cells with the local ABB Customer Support Desk to streamline problem solving. Developed with the purpose of remotely monitoring robots, PCs and PLCs, ABB AnyWhere supports the analysis of robots and robot-based automation. It supports all ABB robots from S4C or S4P controllers, and all major types of PLC. When combined with a telephone assistance service contract, the ABB AnyWhere package allows operators to quickly restart production in the event of a production stoppage.
