摘要

A laboratory investigation was undertaken to determine the effects of a 30-day exposure to subanesthetic concentrations of inhaled anesthetics. Halothane, sevoflurane and desflurane are associated with impaired curiosity, exploratory behaviour, increased anxiety, and impaired learning and memory functions in rats, thus emphasizing the importance of procedures and periodic monitoring to ensure that exposure to these agents in the operating room is minimized.
