More stringent fuel standards coming in 2006

South Korea's Environment Ministry has announced more stringent requirements for diesel fuel.Maximum allowable sulfur content will be reduced from 430 parts per million (ppm)to 30 ppm by January 2006.FOr gasoline,the regulatin calls for a maximum of 50 ppm from 130 ppm.
