Trillick-based Joseph A Mills & Son recently acguired an LF DAF mini tanker in Arrow Oil branding. Fitted with a 7,500 litre three-compartment tank and full bottom loading eguipment and digital metering, the vehicle's new tank and equipment were mounted onto a fully resprayed 2007 DAF cab and chassis. "We decided to buy this mini tanker to go with the tough economic times," explained Leroy Mills. "As money's hard to come by these days, a lot of our customers are buying smaller amounts of oil. This smaller lorry is easier and cheaper to run than a larger tanker. Road tax is cheaper and it's handy to get in and around the larger towns in the Tyrone and Fermanagh border area where we conduct most of our business."
