Enzyme applications for tropical fruits and citrus / Overview about upcoming regulation for food enzymes (FIAP)

This paper is divided in two parts; the first part summarizes enzyme applications for tropical fruits and citrus for juices and juice based beverages. In the second part, we make a short overview about upcoming regulation for food enzymes, so called FIAP ("Food improvement agents packaging"); EC regulation no 1332/2008 EC.
