Indicated Shippers, ExxonMobil, and Hess Protest Sea Robin's Hurricane Surcharge Once More

On 1/25/12, Indicated Shippers1, and ExxonMobil Gas & Power Marketing Co., a division of Exxon Mobil Corp., together with Hess Corp., filed a new round of protests to Sea Robin Pipeline Co.
