Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Co. LLC (CP09-237) filed an application under Natural Gas Act (NGA) Section 7 to construct and operate a new delivery lateral that will extend from its mainline at Station 195 in York County, Pennsylvania, to the dual-fired (oil and gas) Delta Power Plant under construction in Peach Bottom Township, York County, to be owned and operated by Conectiv Mid Merit LLC (CMM). Transco will provide 208,800 dth/d of firm transportation service for Conectiv Energy Supply Inc. (Conectiv) under new incremental Rate Schedule FDLS for a primary term of 30 years. Transco executed a binding precedent agreement with Conectiv for 100% of project capacity.
