Tennessee Gas Pipeline Co. (CP08-55) requested limited clarification or rehearing - by June 16 if possible - of the recent order authorizing Columbia Gulf Gas Transmission Co. (CP08-54) to abandon by sale to Tennessee certain onshore and offshore Louisiana transmission facilities and associated services, certain transportation and exchange agreements with Tennessee, and a portion of Columbia Gulf's South Pass 77 System capacity.
