Anuga Foodtec: Process engineering for the food and beverage industry

Innovative analysis processes as well as improved separation processes, for example, for the decontamination of air, water and product flows, and for the removal of other particulate contaminants, contribute to improved food safety. In addition, separation processes are also always in the focus of attention in view of sustainability and resource efficiency because they make a substantial contribution to the energy consumption of production processes.
