Millennials, also known as the Echo Boomers are those born from the 1980s to the 2000s (the exact years depend on whose definition you would like to follow.) This group is made up of 8.9 million Canadians. That is just one of the many reasons you don't want to neglect this group. As the years go on, the Millennials will have increasing purchasing power as they gain more experience in their industries and positions.
