Leading retailer, Pick 'n' Pay, has contracted the Zimbabwe-based aquaculture firm Lake Harvest to supply frozen tilapia whole gutted and fillets for the South African marketThese products are available only in Johannesburg, at this stage, with expansion to other major centers if the demand increases.
