Kingston University has awarded honorary doctorates to the husband and wife team behind the Green & Black's brand of organic chocolate,whose pioneering business methods helped establish the international fair trade movement.The ethical business methods practised by Jo Fairley and Craig Sams have done much to support and improve the livelihoods of cocoa farmers in developing countries.
