dude-the basis of geometrical and technical planning processes

The dude (digital underground and deposit) system is the new surveying data processing system of DSK for "underground". It forms the basis for all subsequent geometrical and technical planning processes. The new development, which was carried out by the "Deposit planning and rock mechanics" working group accompanying the project, was required primarily to place the applications on a uniform hardware platform. Joint evaluations of the data stocks are now possible. There are no longer any restrictions with regard to handling and functionality. dude offers standardisation by CAD/CAE basic modules, modular components independent of application, an open database connection and operation and rialto. The functionality, simplified handling and simple and low-cost maintenance produce an optimum of data processing application for the employee and benefits for the company.
