Venezuela: NPK imports reach record high in 2014

Venezuela imported 605,000 mt NPKs in calendar year 2014, a 45% increase on the previous year and the third consecutive year of record imports, according to GTIS data. During 2014, Venezuela imported 310,000 mt from Russia, almost double the volume supplied in 2013, with a further 144,000 mt shipped from Poland's Police plant.
