Stonegate closes C$45 million IPO

CANADIAN FIRM Stonegate Agricom reported this week that it has closed its initial public offering of 45 million units of the company at a price of C$1.00 (US$0.99) per unit for gross proceeds of C$45 million (US$44.5 million). Each unit consists of one common share of Stonegate and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the company at an exercise price of C$1.50 until April 28, 2013.
