Project development : MagIndustries, Complant to sign final deal next month

CANADA’S MAGINDUSTRIES Corp. Monday reported that the Project Development Agreement between it and China National Complete Plant Import & Export Corporation Limited (Complant) is scheduled to be signed by both parties in Toronto by the end of August, subject to the completion and results of final due diligence and technical evaluation by the Chinese company and receipt of authorisations by the boards of directors of each party.
