Court rules that planned ICL layoffs remain suspended

Israel's district labour court ruled to again suspend fertilizer producer ICL's planned employee layoffs at its southern plants, Israeli newspaper Globes reported on April 20. The matter of whether ICL's job cuts can be legally implemented will continue to be heard at the District Labor Court in Beersheva.
