Attention is well and truly on Q3 talks but an opaque market is keeping both sides guessing as where its true value lies currently. Middle East producers remain bullish that demand is strong and supply tight and therefore pushing for $230s/mt FOB whilst buyers point to an increasingly soft Chinese market where business is now in the $230s/mt CFR and traders have now lowered offers to the high $220s/mt CFR.
