Grain Inspection and Weighing

The National Grain & Feed Association (NGFA) and North American Export Association (NAEGA) will continue to work with USDA as it implements the directive outlined by Congress when reauthorizing the U.S. Grain Standards Act in 2006. USDA's Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) has agreed in principle to delegate disinterested third parties to provide official inspection and weighing at export elevators, with 100% government oversight.
