'Revolutionary' new Microsphere technology developed by De-Bonding Limited contributed to the strength of a chemical bond, but when the appropriate level of heat is applied, it breaks it by reducing the adhesive energy.The company reports that this process allows components to removed intact, in minutes, and has many applications for glazing-architectural, automotive, interiors and so on. The process is also expected to aid recycling, allowing faster vehicle dismantling for example.
