The flakes of snow arrived and as usual, the UK descended into chaos and recriminations as vehicles skidded to a halt and drivers raised their fists to the unremitting skies. We all became Basil Fawlty and screamed at the top of our voices: "Thank you God! Thank you, very much!"......or worse.
