Just days before it filed its IPO registration with the SEC,Coffeyville filed suit in the U.S.Bankruptcy Court for the Western Division of Missouri,seeking a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction against former foe GAP Holdings LLC and others,saying they were threatening litigation with the express intent of extorting a settlement out of Coffeyville or derailing the IPO offering.
