Turkey: Hamburger Containerboard starts plasterboard liner production at its Corlu mill

In August 2015 Hamburger Containerboard started the first trial production of plasterboard liner (PBL) at its Turkish paper mill in Corlu, some 150km west of Istanbul. Hamburger's paper machine 3 (PM3) has a two-layer foudrinier machine with a working width of 2.5m and 90,000t/yr of production capacity. It has produced mainly brown Testliner so far.
