The meat preparation for the production of skinless- or intestine sausage as grill- or brat sausage, meat dumping, hamburgers, cevapcici or assorted cold meat, comprises 1 portion of beef, 7.2 portion of pig neck and 3.2 portion of pig belly or 1 portion of beef, 5.2 portion of turkey chest and 5.2 portion of turkey thighs, and water dispersed fluid spice mixture having 0.016 portion of dry meat broth, 0.72 portion of boiled water for the broth, 0.052 portion of soda, 0.132 portion of salt, 0.008 portion of basil, 0.02 portion of marjoram, 0.08 portion of garlic, 0.04 portion of mild green pepper and 0.032 portion of black pepper. The mild green pepper is substituted by a hot green pepper. Independent claims are included for: (1) a procedure to the production of meat preparation; (2) skin loose grill sausage from meat preparation; (3) skin loose frying sausage from meat preparation; (4) intestinal filled grill sausage from meat preparation; (5) intestinal-filled frying sausage from meat preparation; (6) hamburgers or cevapcici from meat preparation; (7) meat dumping from meat preparation; and (8) meatballs from the meat preparation.
