USG agrees incentives

US USG Corp.has announced that its board of directors has approved the company's 2006 Management Incentive Program,which provides for annual incentive cash awards for officers and managers.About 270 officers and managers are eligible to participate in the program,according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.Half of a program participant's target award is based on strategic focus targets,and the remaining 50% is based on the company's earnings.
