Project hinges on study outcome

Apre-feasibil-ity study for Pan Australian Resources Ltd's Laotian gold-silver Ban Houayxai project is set for completion by the September quarter. Managing director Gary Stafford said if the study provided a positive outcome the company would proceed to complete a further phase of drilling and a full feasibility study. The aim would be to establish an ore reserve that could support a project producing more than 100,000 ozpa of gold with first gold production targeted in 2011.
