OPEC production continued to edge higher through August, with OPEC 11 (excluding Iraq) output rising by just over 0.05 million b/d compared with July. OPEC compliance has been steadily falling over the course of the year and this excludes growing volumes of NGL output from Nigeria and Qatar that is not bound by production quotas.
