EIA Forecasts Low Natural Gas Demand, Consumption and Prices in 2009

The Energy Information Administration said this week in its Short-Term Energy and Summer Fuels Outlook it anticipates overall natural gas consumption to fall by 1.8% in 2009 and remain at that level throughout 2010. This forecast is built on the expectation that the economy will continue to remain flat before beginning a recovery late in the year.
