Williams Roars Again

Williams announced November 30 at a conference for analysts that it's proposing to build a new NGL pipeline to link Wyoming's burgeoning gas fields with the MidContinent at the Conway, Kans., market center. The 750-mile, 500-million Overland Pass Pipeline is good news for Wyoming producers, providing competition between Williams and Enterprise (ticker: EPD) for transport of liquids in another two to three years.
