摘要

A comparative investigation of 56 seedless vine cultivars classified on the basis of their capacity for in vitro embryogenesis has been conducted. It has been found that callus induction occurs in all studied seedless cultivars and depending on its degree the cultivars have been classified and divided into three groups; according to the number of the formed somatic embryos — into four groups, and according to the number of zygotic embryos and plants obtained — into three groups. Cultivation of ovules resulting from open pollination of inflorescences yields more callus, somatic embryos and green plants compared with the self-pollination variant. A relatively larger number of green plants have been obtained from the cultivars Russalka 3, Russalka 1, Russalka 3-A, Nedelchev VI-4, Kishmish tyurkmenski, Nimrang x Sultanina, Early kishmish and Russalka.
