Gas contributing to the new challenge of the energy markets in France

摘要

Four major objectives in the French energy policy are defined in the recent programming law(loi de programme)which sets the energy policy main orientations:contributing to the domestic energy independence and securing a cons tant and safesupply;an improved protection of the human health and environment with,in particular,an annual 3% average reduction of the glass house effectgas emission;guarantee a competitive price for energy especially for electricity-inten- sive industries while enabling French consumers to benefit from a gaspricing "just belowthe average Europeen level";contributing to the social and national cohesion providing an access to energy to each resident in France.
