There has been a long break since the last message I wrote on 15 November for the January Bulletin, which appeared at the end of December. If you are confused, then so am I! I am in Australia for Christmas, Melbourne in fact, and hence this message is being put together here in an entirely different climate to what you are experiencing back in the old country. I shall return to some impressions from Australia later on, but first let me bring you up to date with some points of interest before I left, the most important of which is the legislative order for the Postgraduate Medical Education and Training Board (PMETB).
