摘要

Feedback to consultants on their performance as trainers is important for continued improvement in the quality of training. A method is described which utilises the regularly and systematically obtained information on the JCHST training post-assessment forms completed by trainees at the end of each attachment. Data is obtained so that hospitals and individual training posts can be compared. Good practice can be identified and promoted, and deficient areas of practice are highlighted and suggestions for improvement and development made.
