Maguire Europe claims its simple, low cost extrusion yield control system delivers considerable material savings and fast payback at two production sites in the UK. The LineMaster system -which comprises control software, connecting devices and a feed hopper - is in operation on three extrusion lines at Prymsian UK's fire resistant cable manufacturing plant at Eastleigh in the south of England. It is also used on a 500kg/hr line at an unnamed manufacturer of PVC construction profiles.
