PolyOne and Italian compounder are to go their separate ways but will retain relationship based around So.F.Ter's TPV technology. PolyOne Corp. has sold its 70-percent stake in So.F.Ter SpA (Societa Forli Thermoplastichi) to a team led by Dr Italo Carfagnini, managing director of the sale were not disclosed.
