Pirelli to build green field tyre plant in Russia

Geneva, Switzerland - Pirelli has abandoned plans to buy an existing tyre plant in Russia, or to work with a brownfield facility. Instead, the company will build a new greenfield unit in Russia. The company has not yet decided where or what capacity the unit will be.
