Pirelli, Rosneft and Synthos mull rubber JV

ITALY: Pirelli SpA, Rosneft and Synthos SA have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to study the creation of a synthetic rubber joint venture as part of the three companies' investment in a plant in Nakhodka, Russia. According to a Rosneft press release on 22 Oct, the three parties took a step closer to finalising the feasibility study for the synthetic rubber plant construction with officials from the companies signing the MoU in Verona, Italy.
