UV Film stars

Components including furniture foils and large automotive parts can be produced from moulded plastic, but it is hard to obtain the required high standards of colourmatching and performance. An effective solution is to coat a continuous film with a top layer of UV acrylate which is then physically dried, but fully UV-crosslinked after the parts have been thermoformed.
