摘要

Miniature optically pumped cavity NH3 Far-infrared laser was studied theoretically, with the length of the FIRL cavity as short as 1.5cm, the dependences of FIRL output power and laser lineshape on operating gas pressure and output coupling condition, and on the effect of laser line saturation broadening were calculated.
