摘要

The main hydrophysical properties of organo-accumulative horizons of brown forest (burozem) and soddy-gley soils in the Central Forest State Biospheric Reserve were studied as part of investigations into population-density proportions between different groups of soil microorganisms (by the method of luminescent microscopy), as well as the diversity of bacterial species in these soils. The experiments were performed in microcosmic (succession analysis for two moisture contents) and natural (seasonal dynamics) conditions. It was shown that the investigated soils differ greatly in their hydrophysical properties, which results in certain differences between soil microbial communities. In particular, the ratio between pores of different sizes is an important factor that favors the predominance of micromycetes in burozem and of bacteria in soddy-gley soil. General informational bacterial diversity and the share of actinobacteria are higher in soddy-gley soil in comparison with the burozem.
