API Sues EPA for “Unachievable” Cellulosic Biofuel Requirements

The American Petroleum Institute (API) filed a lawsuit with the D.C. Circuit Court on March 12, challenging the En- vironmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) ‘unachievable’ requirements for use of cellulosic biofuels in the 2012 Re- newable Fuel Standard (RFS).
