Evaluation of Efficacies of Some Modern Chemical Pesticides and Leaf Extracts Against Tetranychus ludeni Zacher (Acari: Tetranychidae) Infesting Rose, an Important Aromatic Plant

The study on evaluation of efficacies of some modern chemical pesticides and leaf extracts on rose reveal that Abamectin was the best among all the treatments registering 90.00% and 94.35% mortality at0.02%, 0.05% concentrations, respectively, 96 h after application, followed by Curacron. Among two green pesticides, leaf extract of Ramtulsi was the poorest giving 42.13% and 49.11 % mortality at 2% and 5% concentrations, respectively at the same interval.
