Case presentation: A 69-year-old man with advanced metastatic medullary thyroid cancer was started on cabozantinib 140 mg daily. Two weeks later, he presented with fatigue, intractable nausea, vomiting, and feet pain. His exam revealed blisters and redness on the balls of his feet bilaterally (Fig. 1 and 2), as well as very mild erythema of his hands. What is the diagnosis?
